Room names are inspired by nearby tidepools, sandy shores and beachside cliffs of Orange County with interior design ranging from the purely functional to elaborately formal in 55,560 square feet of multi-purpose event space. Whatever the occasion, there’s a setup for your success.

Operating Hours

The UCI Conference Center is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., except on University holidays and during the finals week of fall, winter, and spring quarters, when it is open for 24 hours.

Pacific Ballroom
The Pacific Ballrooms offer over 11,000 ft2 of flexible event space, with 15’-high ceilings, vast expanse of natural light, and variable lighting controls.

Put amazing on the agenda when you book the Crystal Cove Auditorium. Audiences won’t miss a thing on the wall-to-wall movie screen and state-of-the-art digital projection system with cinematic sound and comfortable upholstered seating. Use the large stage and theatrical lighting for live performances.

Operating Hours

Generally open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Classrooms and lecture halls can be opened specially for events between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on weekends.

Newkirk Alumni Center
As a welcoming gateway, the Newkirk Alumni Center is conveniently located on the west edge of the beautiful UC Irvine campus. The center offers a unique setting for a variety of events, including conferences, weddings, meetings, luncheons, receptions and other special gatherings.

Operating Hours

Open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Events can be scheduled at this facility after hours by request. Typically after-hour events are approved between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This flexible multipurpose patio can be reserved for gatherings of up to 150 people. May only be reserved with Conference Room AB.
