UCI conference and event hosts are invited to give their feedback on their experience. Here is what they had to say.

Overall Satisfaction Ratings
Event hosts were asked, “please rate your overall experience with Student Center & Event Services.” The Center received excellent satisfaction ratings.

Response Rate
Overall, the customer satisfaction survey has received a 24% response rate. Over the period of last year, the overall response rate was 19%.

Was Your Experience Truly Exceptional?
Guests who were invited to complete a survey were asked, “Was your experience truly exceptional?” A high percentage of respondents selected yes.
