Storage Waiver
If you plan to store equipment and personal belongings onsite at the UCI Conference Center overnight, you will need to fill out this form.

Money Deposit Form
If you are holding a special event that collects funds from participants, you may request to have our onsite staff securely store your collection.

Digital Signage Request Form
If you would like to have an image promoting your event playing in the UCI Conference Center indoor LCD screens, you may make a request with this form.

Appeal Request
An individual or organization who receives an infraction may appeal in writing within five days of receiving notification of loss of privileges.
